At KaizenRH we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Python + React Developer to work within a leading Multinational Financial and Banking software company.

Have you mastered the complete development cycle and are you already deploying AI agents in production? We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineer to transform language models into functional and scalable solutions.

We are looking for solid experience in end-to-end architecture and at least one year of technical experience with frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.
You will join a high-performance team focused on LLM orchestration, complex state management, and modern frontend architectures.

Tasks
Design, develop and maintain full stack applications (frontend + backend) aimed at AI-based products.
Build modern, interactive interfaces (React, Next.js or others) for AI-assisted conversational experiences and workflows.
Design architectures for applications based on LLMs and agents.
Build and optimize interaction pipelines with language models (prompting, evaluation, observability, cost optimization).
Integrate language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) and cloud services.
Implement agent workflows and reasoning chains using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or other equivalents.
Design and implement APIs (REST/GraphQL) that connect frontend with AI systems.
Develop scalable services using containers and modern deployment practices.
Collaborate with data, product and platform teams to bring AI solutions to production.
Promote good practices in architecture, testing, CI/CD and code quality.
Mentor more junior profiles within the team.

Requirements
Solid experience in full stack development (Python + frontend frameworks such as React or similar).
Experience building scalable APIs and backend systems.
Experience working with language models, LangGraph, LangChain or similar frameworks.
Good understanding of UX in AI-driven applications (chat, copilots, assisted workflows).

Desirable
Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Vercel, or serverless architectures.
Knowledge of LLMs observability (tracing, evals, cost monitoring).
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
Familiarity with agent patterns, tool usage and memory in AI systems.
