This time we are looking for a Senior In-House Fullstack Developer for an important international client in the real estate industry. The work will be carried out in a manner
in person
, in the commune of Vitacura, and the main function is to be part of the team of
Strategic Development
generating projects that directly impact the business, whether through its own CRM, Marketplace or other initiatives. You must also support
Operational Continuity
when necessary.

Roles and responsibilities
Your main role will be to build solutions with a business mentality, making decisions based on data. These solutions will have a direct impact on the CRM used by +450 partners daily and on a Marketplace with thousands of users a day, in 5 countries. You must have a proactive spirit, willing to learn and collaborate with the IT team and also with other areas of the organization. This part is key; soft skills and cultural fit.
Among the main functions you will have to:
Evaluate the impact of ideas and features using data, considering UX and business value.
Develop strategic projects that directly impact the business, both in the CRM (own) and in the Marketplace.
Develop our mobile app with React Native. Design APIs and optimize data models.
Work with microservices in Azure (Kubernetes) and PaaS such as Redis, Service Bus for pub-sub, among others.
Participate in the development of AI solutions.
Build automation flows with tools like n8n.
Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies.
Document changes and communicate releases to the entire network.
Present ideas and results in front of technical and business teams

As exclusive requirements,
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with at least 5 years of experience in software development and a solid track record in complex projects with solid knowledge in React (hooks, context, functional components), Node.js with Express, Tailwind and Material UI, React Native, Next.js (SSR, API routes) and PostgreSQL + Prisma (Used in the company's CRM). You must also generate
Active use of Cursor
or other AI-enabled development tools — this is key to our speed.
Additionally, you should ideally know well how to write and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL, MongoDB (we use it in the marketplace), Git + GitHub (PRs, branching, conflict resolution). You must have experience working with SCRUM methodology, use of JIRA for project management and advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables).
Finally, we need a collaborator with a business-oriented mindset and data-based decision making, the ability to present and defend ideas in front of technical and non-technical teams, critical thinking and proactivity, good written and verbal communication skills and advanced reading in English.
