We design innovative technological solutions driven by artificial intelligence, developed by specialized teams to improve the customer experience at each point of contact.\nIf you are passionate about innovation and want to be part of a team that is redefining the future of CX, we are looking for you!\n Purpose of the role\nWe are looking for a Full Stack developer with experience in maintenance, customization and evolution of Open Source platforms, to integrate a team dedicated to technical support and development of new functionalities on Chatwoot, a solution omnichannel customer service.\nThe main objective of the role is to guarantee the stability, scalability and continuous improvement of the platform, providing support to internal users and contributing with new features aligned to the needs of the business.\nMain Responsibilities\nProvide second and third level technical support on the internal implementation of Chatwoot (bugs, performance, deployments, integrations).\nDevelop new functionalities and customizations on the open source code base (backend and frontend).\nParticipate in the review of issues, release planning and management of pull requests.\nIntegrate Chatwoot with other internal or external systems through REST APIs and Webhooks.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and staging/production environments.\nMonitor the platform (logs, metrics, uptime) and propose continuous technical improvements.\nDocument developments, configurations and technical processes.\nCollaborate with the team of product and functional support to prioritize tasks and define requirements.\nRequired technical skills\nVerifiable experience between 2 - 4 years with Ruby on Rails and Vue.js\nSolid knowledge in PostgreSQL and Redis.\nExperience in deployment and administration of applications in Docker and/or Kubernetes environments.\nKnowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets and authentication (OAuth, JWT).\nExperience in Linux environments and use of Git/GitHub.\nTechnical skills that would be a great plus\nPrevious experience contributing to Open Source projects\nKnowledge in AWS / GCP / Azure\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, etc.)\nTechnical English (reading and writing\n Skills and mindset\nAutonomy and problem-solving ability.\nClear communication and work orientation collaborative.\nFocus on continuous improvement and code quality.\nCommitment to good development and documentation practices.\n Benefits of being part of Evoltis\n Professional development: Access TalentLab with +25 on-demand courses.
