We are looking for: Senior IBM Informix Developer
Mode: Remote.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain solutions on IBM Informix
Optimize database and SQL query performance
Manage data structures, indexes, stored procedures and triggers
Collaborate with development, infrastructure and data analysis teams
Document developments and participate in data architecture design
Participate in continuous improvements and system migrations
Exclusive requirements:
+5 years of experience with IBM Informix
Solid knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, triggers and functions
Experience in database modeling and performance optimization
Knowledge of administration tools: dbaccess, onstat, oncheck, etc.
Good handling of Linux/Unix systems
Ability to function in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
Desirable (not exclusive):
Informix integration with ETL, APIs, etc.
Knowledge of Python, Java or Shell Scripting
Experience in financial or highly critical environments
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or other agile methodologies",
