Job Description
We are looking for a Java product developer for a cross-functional team focused on continuous improvement of customer experience and software quality. The selected person will participate in the development, launch and maintenance of solutions, working with autonomy and an approach focused on user value.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain all aspects of the product together with a cross functional team.
Actively participate in improving customer experience and data security.
Work with a customer-focused approach and the generation of measurable value.
Develop software following a hypothesis-based approach and continuous validation.
Contribute to the design, development, release and maintenance of software solutions.
Collaborate with the team by contributing ideas and improvements for the evolution of the product.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer-facing environments.
Experience developing Java services with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Native, Micronaut or Quarkus.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in productive environments.
Good testing practices and code with high test coverage.
Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs at scale.
Ability to work in complex and heterogeneous system environments.
Mindset aimed at understanding the purpose of development, not just the technical implementation.
Collaborative, proactive and teamwork-oriented attitude.

Salary to receive
€75,000 -€102,000 / year
