Your work will directly impact customer experience, process automation and CRM optimization.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nBuild analytical models (churn, service quality, adoption).\nOptimize and automate processes in CRM (HubSpot).\nIntegrate operational data sources (CRM, chat, support, billing).\nCreate dashboards and reports for decision making.\nSupport quality audits and improvement continuous.\nDocument and put solutions into production.\nAutomate internal processes with Python and ETL.\nExplore AI applied to business to generate insights.\nRequired profile\nTraining:\nStudent in the last semesters, technician, technologist or professional in Engineering, Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, administrative or related.\nKey knowledge:\nSQL (intermediate).\nExcel / Google Sheets (advanced).\nFundamentals of data analysis and business metrics.\nPython for analysis and automation.\nBI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).\nCRM, automations, APIs (conceptual).\nInterest in AI applied to business.\nSkills:\nAnalytical and structured thinking.\nAbility to translate business problems into technical solutions.\nCuriosity, continuous learning and orientation to impact.\nClear communication with non-technical teams.\nWhat we offer\n\nWork at home modality.\nIndefinite-term contract.\nHours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.\nReal high-impact projects in a SaaS company.\nPractical exposure to data, automation and applied AI.\nProfessional growth and close support.\nPsychology, gym, optician, conventions, etc.",
