Job Description

From the Innovation Department, we are looking for a professional in the IT area to develop a mobile application solution (software) aimed at optimizing the operational management of teams in the field.
The objective of the role is to design and build a robust, offline-first app, with geolocation and real-time synchronization, leading the design, construction and operation of mobile solutions for the home visit management system, ensuring operational continuity even offline and an agile and reliable user experience.
The functional detail of the project and technical scope is available in the attached file.
We are looking for a senior, autonomous and decisive profile, with the ability to actively participate in architecture and development decisions.

Main challenges:
- Cross-platform development with React Native
- Integration of REST APIs (FastAPI / Python)
- Offline-first architecture and local persistence (SQLite/Realm)
- Data synchronization and conflict management
- Implementation of GPS, maps, geofencing and push notifications (Firebase)
- Performance, security and stability optimization

Requirements:
- +2 years of experience developing with React Native
- Consumption of REST APIs and client-server architecture
- Management of local databases
- Experience in productive apps in real operation
- Technical autonomy and good development practices
- Desirable: Experience in health, logistics or solutions for field work.
