Job Description

We are looking for personnel to develop the adoption of AI-assisted programming and code generation to increase the productivity of the development team.
Responsibilities Implement the AI pair programming and code generation strategy
(Copilot, Codeium, CodeWhisperer) governance, best practices, metrics and adoption.
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Anthropic), RAG, orchestrators
(LangChain/LlamaIndex) and vector DBs (FAISS/Pinecone/pgvector) in tools
internal. Define security/compliance guardrails: PII management, repo policies,
review of prompts and traceability. Requirements (must) Solid in JavaScript/TypeScript and
Python (read/write). Real experience deploying Copilot/AI coding at scale
team. Practice with LLM APIs, structured prompts, RAG and >1 vector store. Cloud
(AWS/Azure/GCP), Git and CI/CD pipelines. Desirable .NET or Java, basic MLOps,
monitoring/SRE, software security, LLMs FinOps. Azure DevOps (plus). what
