Kibernum is looking for a Power Platform Developer (Power Automate & Power BI) for a Process Optimization Project

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with at least 1 year of experience in Power Automate and Power BI for a 1-month project with the possibility of extension. This project is focused on optimizing internal processes in the Customer Services area of ​​a company, supporting and providing support where necessary.

What will you do?
Develop automated solutions using Power Automate to optimize repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in Customer Services processes.
Create interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to offer valuable insights that facilitate decision making.
Assist in integrating solutions with other Microsoft tools, such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365, as required.
Provide technical support and advice on the use of Power Platform to the teams involved in the project.
Optimize processes throughout the Customer Services chain, improving the experience for both internal and external customers.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Power Automate and Power BI.
Knowledge of Power Apps, Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Virtual Agents (desirable).
Experience in process automation and in the development of solutions that improve team productivity.
Knowledge of data integration and dynamic reporting creation.
Experience in Customer Services processes is a plus.

Conditions:
Modality: 100% remote, with availability to go to the office in Pudahuel if necessary.
Duration: 1 month, with the possibility of extension depending on the progress of the project.
