We have ISO 9001 certification and offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago de Chile.\nAt C&S we are looking for candidates for the position of Backend Developer - Senior to join our team.\nWorking mode\nMode: 80% remote (attendance 2 times a week in offices in CABA)\nHours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT-3, Argentina time).\nDescription of tasks\nDevelop technological solutions based on natural language processing (NLP), in collaboration with the Technical Lead and other areas of the company.\nAdvise the Project Leader and the team on key technical aspects: usability, technical feasibility, performance, robustness and scalability of the requirements.\nIdentify, evaluate and manage the technical resources necessary to meet the project objectives.\nDesign and develop scalable and maintainable backend components, ensuring good architecture practices and quality of code.\nEnsure the operability and sustainability of solutions, applying software quality standards.\nParticipate in the definition, review and monitoring of development standards, good practices and technical guidelines.\nWhat we are looking for\nSolid experience as a Senior Backend Developer, ideally in high-demand environments and digital products.\nDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (desirable).\nProfile with strong analytical capacity, autonomy, results-oriented and good communication.\nInitiative to make technical decisions and ability to coordinate and guide other technical profiles.\nEssential skills\nAdvanced Python (priority).\nManagement of large volumes of data and design of scalable systems for processing.\nTechnical competence in system design, software architecture and backend application development.\nKnowledge and experience in agile software development methodologies.\nExperience in defining and monitoring quality standards for software.\nOrientation to technical leadership and team coordination.\nExperience in distributed computing.\nIntermediate level of English, with the ability to hold a technical conversation.\nDesirable skills\nAdvanced Node.js and application of design patterns.\nKnowledge of Clean Code, Lean and SOLID principles.\nExperience in Domain Driven Design (DDD).\nExperience with Unit Testing and TDD.\nWhat we offer\nMedical coverage (redirection) of contribution).\nQuarterly salary reviews.\nExtended parenthood.\nCareer opportunity and professional growth.\nDiscounts in universities and educational centers.\nBirthday bonus.\nBonus for internet and electricity expenses.\nWork equipment for home office.\nWelcome kit upon entry.\nApplication\nIf you identify with this challenge and have solid experience as a Senior Backend Developer working with advanced Python and systems scalable, we invite you to apply and be part of our team.",
