This highly experienced professional will collaborate closely with the analysis, architecture and quality teams to ensure the successful delivery of efficient, high-quality solutions.\nMain responsibilities\nApplication development and evolution\nDesign, develop and maintain applications in RPG IV / ILE RPG (Free Format) on AS/400.\nEnsure efficient, scalable and maintainable code.\nAnalysis and technical design\nTranslate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.\nParticipate in architecture definitions and good practices.\nMaintenance and optimization\nDetect and resolve incidents in production.\nPropose and implement performance and quality improvements.\nTesting and quality\nExecute unit and integration tests.\nWork together with QA to ensure the stability of solutions.\nDocumentation\nGenerate and maintain updated technical documentation.\nCollaboration\nWork with interdisciplinary teams (analysis, QA, architecture).\nAccompany and support more junior profiles.\nRequirements\n+4 years of experience in RPG development on AS/400.\nSolid experience in RPG IV and ILE RPG Free Format.\nExperience with DB2 or other relational databases.\nAbility for analysis, problem solving and autonomy.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nDesirable\nExperience in insurance environments or core systems legacy.\nTraining in Systems or related careers.\nWork modality\nRemote scheme\nFull-time shift\nBenefits\nDirect dependency relationship\nPrepaid for family group\nNotebook + welcome kit\nInternet reimbursement\nContinuous training\nReferral program\nGift cards and corporate benefits\nSalary accreditation last business day\nWhat we value\nWe look for profiles with analytical outlook, proactivity, orientation to continuous improvement and commitment to code quality in critical legacy environments.",
