AVOS Tech company, with more than 30 years of experience in the Latin American market of operational and technological services, is looking for an Engineer in Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related area, or related careers for the position of Salesforce Developer
Requirements
Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions.
Exclusive technical knowledge
Development with Apex and SOQL/SOSL:
Creation of classes, triggers and test classes.
Efficient management of governor limits.
Application of good practices and query optimization for high performance.
Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura:
Design and development of reusable and dynamic components.
Integration of business logic and user experience.
Adaptation of modern interfaces in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
Automation with Flows:
Design and optimization of complex Flows.
Replacement of legacy automations (Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
Integrations with REST/SOAP APIs:
Implementation of secure integrations with external systems (core insurance, ERPs, databases).
Management of secure authentications (OAuth 2.0, tokens).
Package and deployment management with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and version control (Git):
Environment administration (sandbox, UAT, production).
Code versioning and structured deployments.
Ensuring traceability and compliance with the development life cycle (SDLC).
Desirable knowledge
OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity):
Design and configuration of OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and FlexCards.
Experience in digital sales and service solutions (financial or insurance sector).
Salesforce Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Salesforce Administrator
Platform App Builder
OmniStudio Developer or Sales Cloud Consultant
Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban):
Participation in agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Management of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or other similar tools.
Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools:
GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins or Copado.
Management of multi-org environments and automated pipelines.
Security and good practices Salesforce:
Management of profiles, roles, permission sets and data access policies.
Knowledge of Secure Coding and Data Privacy principles.
Analysis and monitoring:
Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, Data Loader or VS Code with Salesforce extensions.
Data architecture and modeling:
Design of optimal relational schemes.
Use of documentation tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
Financial and insurance sector:
Knowledge of products, policies, claims, customer management and distribution channels.
Language:
Intermediate or higher English (reading technical documentation, training and certifications).
