Job Description

Purpose of the position:

We are looking for a Junior Abap developer who wants to design, develop and implement technical solutions in SAP using ABAP, ensuring the correct translation of business requirements into efficient, scalable developments aligned to quality, security and best practices standards. The role aims to guarantee the stability and operational continuity of SAP platforms.

Main responsibilities:

-Analyze functional and technical requirements of the business, collaborating with functional teams to ensure solutions aligned to needs.
-Develop ABAP solutions of medium and high complexity, applying good practices and SAP standards to achieve robust and maintainable developments.
-Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing developments, identifying root causes and proposing improvements.
-Design and implement integrations through REST and SOAP services, ensuring correct communication between systems.
-Document developments, tests and technical solutions to guarantee operational continuity.
-Provide support and technical guidance to junior/semi-senior profiles, promoting good practices and quality in development.
-Ensure compliance with development, security and version control standards defined by the organization.

Decision making:
-Define technical solutions in ABAP according to business requirements.
-Design ABAP program and object structures.
-Estimate development efforts and implementation times.
-Select optimal technical alternatives within the SAP standard.

Requirements:

-Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related careers.

+2/3 years as ABAP Developer.
-Experience in SAP modules: SD, MM, FI, CO, PM.

Technical knowledge:

-Advanced ABAP (reports, interfaces, ALV, RFC, BAPI, IDocs).
-Object-oriented programming in ABAP.
-Advanced debugging and resolution of complex incidents.
SAP integrations.
-Consumption and development of REST / SOAP services.
-SAP data dictionary (tables and structures).
-Agile methodologies (Scrum).
-Transport management and version control.
-Security standards in applications.
