The role involves working with the latest tools and technologies in the Android ecosystem, such as Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and ARCore, in a collaborative environment alongside design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Deliver photorealistic mixed reality design products to millions of users around the world.
Work with the latest tools and technologies in the Android ecosystem, such as Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and ARCore.
Design and build Android architectures that support robust data flows, elegant UI experiences, and a fully testable environment.
Work collaboratively with iOS and Android developers to create world-class features and support developers across the team by leveraging the work done.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to plan, test, and implement solutions to complex problems.
Collaborate with client partners to support in-app releases and integrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in Android application development.
1+ year of development experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI practices.
Mastery of Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
Experience in developing and launching Android applications used by large audiences.
Passion for creating user-centered products.
Experience with the full Android development lifecycle, including build and release management.
Knowledge of threads, concurrency, and Android lifecycle management.
Knowledge of client-server communication, networks and API.
Advanced level of English, as you will work with American clients. Effective communication in English is essential to provide the best solutions to clients and expand professional horizons.
