Responsibilities:
Refactor and modernize complex legacy code without losing functionality.
Optimize queries, indexes and schema design in MongoDB for speed and reliability.
Replace obsolete libraries and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate on new features while stabilizing old ones.
Produce clear documentation and transfer knowledge to the team.
Mentor junior engineers and influence hiring and technical standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript.
Ability to unravel legacy systems and make intelligent architectural decisions.
English proficiency.
