ManagrX is a critical mission platform designed for the manufacturing industry. Our system allows factories to take rigorous control of the production of machinery parts, monitor performance in real time and manage advanced statistics of operators. The ecosystem of our platform encompasses everything from hardware to the cloud.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead to take on the technical leadership of the project. Your mission will be to guide the current development team, efficiently integrate the hardware with our software, guarantee the stability of systems in real time and lead the implementations directly in the plant of our customers.

Main Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Guide, mentor and organize the team of current developers, establishing best practices and system architecture.
Hardware-Software Integration: Ensure and optimize data flow from in-plant RFID sensors, local scripts (C# / Python) and PostgreSQL databases to our central backend.
On-Site Implementation and Support: Travel to industrial installations in any part of the country (for a few days or weeks) to lead software implementations and provide specialized technical support.
Hands-on Development: Actively participate in development both on the server side (APIs, webhooks, data synchronization) and on the web user interfaces.

Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate must have more than 5+ years of experience and have advanced mastery of the following technologies that make up our product:

Plant Ecosystem (Edge/IoT):

Knowledge in data collection using RFID sensors.
Experience creating and maintaining scripts in Python and C#.
Management of PostgreSQL databases for storing local data.

Backend (.NET):
Solid experience in .NET Core 3.1 or superior and developing RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core.
Experience with Entity Framework Core and relational databases (MySQL).
Management of NoSQL and in-memory databases: MongoDB and Redis.
Background processing and scheduled jobs (Hangfire).
Strong knowledge in bidirectional and real-time communication with SignalR and IoT protocols such as MQTT.
Frontend (Vue.js):

Advanced level in Vue.js 2 (Vuex, Vue Router).
Creation of aesthetic interfaces with Vuetify and graphic visualization libraries.
Experience developing applications for tactile devices (industrial monitors/tablets).

Additional Requirements
Availability to travel: It is essential to have the willingness to undertake national trips, remaining in place for a few days or weeks depending on the installation and support needs of each industry.
Customer dealing skills to train end users (operators and managers).
Ability to solve problems under pressure directly on production lines.
