Required profile
• +5 years of development experience with .NET, C#, MVC, WPF,
WForms.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and Web Services.
• Knowledge of design patterns and good practices
development.
• Experience in unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
• Use of Azure DevOps to manage repositories, pipelines and
boards.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and management of
stored procedures.
Focus on agile methodologies
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban or others). • Active participation in agile ceremonies (daily, refinement, planning, retrospectives). • Ability to question and improve team processes, not just follow them. • Experience collaborating with PO/QA/UX to ensure value deliveries. • Strong orientation to incremental work, continuous feedback and continuous improvement. • Ability to positively influence the team culture (good practices, ownership, quality). Knowledge of AI applied to development • Experience or interest in using AI tools for development (e.g. copilots, code generation, assisted testing). • Knowledge of AI API integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or others). • Ability to identify opportunities for automation or improvement through AI.
