We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to collaborate with the HR area and lead the gathering of requirements and the development of the company's basic intranet. You will be part of a team focused on digital transformation, contributing to solutions that improve operational efficiency and internal user experience.

Main functions
Raise and validate requirements with the HR area for the corporate intranet in Microsoft SharePoint.
Design, develop and deploy a secure and efficient basic intranet using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation and adoption of the solution.
Perform tests, technical documentation and basic post-implementation support.
Ensure compliance with security policies and good development practices.

Requirements and profile
We are looking for a developer with experience in Microsoft SharePoint who can understand HR requirements and turn them into a functional intranet. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and basic permissions configuration will be an advantage. Good communication skills are required to collect needs, document solutions and work collaboratively with different areas.
Technical skills: SharePoint (basic configuration and development), Microsoft 365, permissions management, familiarity with workflows and document libraries.

Desirable requirements
Previous experience developing intranets or internal portals. Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate. Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications are a plus. End-user orientation, proactivity and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
