Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer or Software Architect with a product mindset and structural vision to lead the build of a complex B2B platform, designed to scale orderly nationally and internationally.

This role is not about constant experimentation or improvised solutions. We are looking for someone who enjoys designing well-thought-out, documented and sustainable systems, with high technical judgment and an understanding of the impact of software on the business.

The ideal profile has more than 5 years of experience in software development, has been a technical reference or architect, and has worked on medium or large-scale B2B platforms. He is proficient in modular architectures, APIs, relational and non-relational databases, CI/CD, security and real-time payment integrations. Conversational English or intention to improve it is essential.

You will be responsible for defining the architecture, establishing technical standards, leading teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, documenting key decisions and anticipating scalability risks. The company owns the code, infrastructure and accesses, and promotes a culture of documentation, transparency and collaborative decisions.
