We are People Go, a company at the Service of People, committed to Diversity & Inclusion in all its forms \nFor our client Grido, we are looking for a Commercial Developer to be the protagonist of growth and expansion in Chile\nWho will be responsible for guaranteeing the Franchise Project Plan within its assigned territory, aligned with the Company's expansion strategy, ensuring the variables of success according to type of location, with a focus on the Quality and Profitability of the Business \nWhat will you do in this role?\n\nAnalyze the assigned territory and identify areas with opening potential \nEvaluate and manage property rentals, negotiating commercial conditions \nDetect relocation opportunities to maximize results \nMonitor the performance of new stores \nInterview candidates for new projects and participate in their approval \nProfile we are looking for:\n\nAutonomous and with a high capacity for self-management \nResolute and with criteria for making decisions \nCommitted to the business objectives \nAble to function in dynamic environments and remote modality \nResidence in Santiago or V region. \nRequirements\n\nComplete university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related careers (real estate training will be valued) \n Minimum 2 years in similar positions \n Experience in mass consumption \n Experience in franchise models and commercial development \n Desirable experience in real estate and location evaluation \n Class B driver's license (Exclusive) \nWorking Conditions \n\nFixed-term contract, then indefinite (post-evaluation) \n Working hours from Monday to Friday (44 hours per week) \n Remote mode \n Availability to travel \nIf you are motivated by detecting opportunities, negotiating strategic locations and being an active part of franchise development, this challenge is for you!",
