We are looking for talent such as:

Tibco BW JR or SR Developer - Anywhere in Mexico

Knowledge in:

Basic knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks.
Familiarity with messaging (EMS/MQ/Tuxedo) at a conceptual level.
Basic knowledge of XML/JSON and data structures.
Ability to work as a team and communicate with technical areas.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proactivity and adaptability for dynamic environments.

Activities:

1. Analysis and development of integrations

- Collaborate in the design of simple integration flows between internal and external systems.
- Basic development of integrations and services in TIBCO BW.

2. Maintenance and technical support

- Monitor processes in controlled environments and report anomalies.
- Support in the initial resolution of incidents, escalating complex cases.
- Document findings and solution steps.

3. Data and service analysis

- Review basic service behavior metrics.
- Propose simple observations for optimization (with team validation).
- Participate in functional and technical analysis sessions.

4. Testing and validation

- Run unit tests and document results.
- Support integration testing under supervision.
- Record evidence in QA tools.

5. Estimation and planning

- Contribute preliminary estimates for simple tasks.
- Participate in planning and monitoring meetings.
- Report progress and blockages in a timely manner.

+ 2 years of experience for JR
+ 4 years of experience for SR

Go to the office twice a week if you are near a Softtek headquarters.
