Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI Senior to design and optimize digital interfaces in App and Web, guaranteeing fluid, accessible and consistent experiences. The person will collaborate with Product, Marketing and Development to transform business and user needs into effective visual solutions within the institutional Design System.

Key responsibilities
Design flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI aligned to the Design System.
Analyze insights and metrics (UXO, CRO, Analytics) to improve experience and conversion.
Define journeys, identify pain points and propose scalable solutions.
Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive experiences.
Participate in strategic decisions representing the user's voice.
Ensure consistency between App and Web in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Guide and accompany less experienced designers.

Requirements
5+ years in digital product design (ideally fintech, financial or B2C).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborative tools.
Experience in redesigning complex journeys (onboarding, payments, login, etc.).
Expert management of Figma, prototyping and design systems.
Knowledge of usability, accessibility (WCAG) and user behavior analysis.
Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS for joint work with development.

Hard Skills: UI/UX design, prototyping, design systems, metrics analysis, research and optimization tools.
Soft Skills: Empathy, effective communication, analytical thinking, leadership, proactivity and teamwork.
