Job Description

At Agroup Consulting we are an international firm specialized in immigration, taxation and corporate consulting. We have operations in Spain, Panama, the United States, Germany and Hong Kong, and we work with expatriates, businesspeople and international clients.

We are currently looking for a Web Developer and SEO Assistant to create, update and optimize our corporate websites.

The main function will be to develop pages in WordPress with Elementor Pro, following the designs previously prepared by our team at Figma. You will also work alongside our SEO specialist and receive practical training from the fundamentals to advanced Google positioning strategies.

Main responsibilities

• Create web pages in WordPress using Elementor Pro
• Convert Figma layouts into functional, visually accurate WordPress pages
• Adapt pages for computers, tablets and mobile devices
• Create service pages, landing pages, blogs, forms, headers and templates
• Update existing content, images, videos and sections
• Perform basic maintenance, backups and plugin updates
• Optimize speed, images and general operation of the site
• Support the SEO specialist with keywords, internal links, metadata and content optimization
• Learn and progressively apply technical SEO and web positioning strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience developing websites in WordPress
• Using Elementor Pro
• Ability to correctly implement designs created in Figma
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Advanced English, written and spoken
• Attention to detail and ability to follow visual instructions
• Organization, responsibility and ability to work independently
• Portfolio of websites or pages created in WordPress

You do not need to have advanced SEO experience. The selected person will receive training from basic to advanced level and will work directly with our senior SEO specialist.

Position details

• Full-time, long-term position
• Monday to Friday
• Hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Colombian time
• 100% remote work

The selected person must authorize remote supervision during work hours using AnyDesk or a similar tool, exclusively for coordination, work monitoring and quality control.",
