Senior Backend Developer \nAt AGTEC we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with solid experience in Java / Spring Boot, who wants to actively participate in the design and evolution of scalable, high-impact and business-oriented platforms.\nWe are looking for someone with a strong technical base, autonomy and adaptation capacity, who enjoys collaborating on definitions architectural and working in agile environments.\nWhat will your role be?\nYou will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-performance backend services and APIs, actively participating in technical and architectural decisions. You will work with well-structured architectures (microservices or monolithic), integrating multiple databases and leveraging AWS services to guarantee scalability, availability and performance.\n Main responsibilities\nDesign and implement robust and scalable RESTful APIs.\nDevelop backend services using Java / Spring Boot as main stack.\nUse Python as a complementary tool when the context requires it.\nManage and optimize databases:\nPostgreSQL (advanced SQL, query optimization).\nMongoDB (NoSQL data modeling).\nImplement caching and messaging mechanisms using Redis.\nCollaborate on the design and deployment of solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, among others).\nWrite and maintain unit and integration tests, ensuring code quality and maintainability.\nActively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban).\nContribute to technical discussions, code revisions and architectural definitions.\n Technical requirements\n+3 years of experience Verifiable experience in Backend development.\nSolid experience with:\nJava + Spring Boot (exclusive).\nPostgreSQL and MongoDB.\nRedis (cache and/or glues/messages).\nExperience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.\nGit domain and collaborative work flows.\nExperience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) technical and architectural definitions.\nTake autonomy, visibility and good communication in daily and coordination sessions.\nBe flexible and able to change technological context according to the challenge.\nYou are oriented to results and business impact, but also technical execution.\nEnjoy working with the team and bringing value from your experience.\n Why come to AGTEC?\nReal and high-impact technical challenges.\nSpace to propose, give opinions and grow technically.\nCollaborative work in an agile and professional environment.\nModern technology and focus on good practices.",
