At Sendu we are scaling a multicourier logistics platform that connects ecommerce with multiple dispatch operators in Chile. The project has a direct impact on thousands of monthly shipments and operates in a dynamic and growing environment. You will work on real products, with a small, collaborative and very hands-on team, aimed at delivering rapid value to clients and end users.

Main functions
Develop and maintain backend and frontend functionalities in a modern stack (Ruby on Rails, React.js and/or Vue.js).
Participate in architectural, performance and scalability improvements.
Work on integrations with ecommerce platforms and logistics operators (couriers).
Collaborate closely with Product and Operations to understand requirements and prioritize deliveries.
Write clean code, automated tests and document components for shared use.
Contribute to DevOps practices: deployments, pipelines and container management (Docker).

Description
We are looking for a semi-senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, results-oriented team with a hands-on approach. We require verifiable experience in Ruby on Rails and front-end (React.js and/or Vue.js). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical functionalities in the backend and frontend, optimizing workflows and supporting integration with ecommerce platforms and fulfillment solutions. The ability to adapt, proactivity and the ability to work in dynamic contexts, reporting progress and coordinating with other areas of the company will be valued.

Desirable requirements
Human skills
: teamwork, clear communication, flexibility and ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Experience in multifield teams and collaboration with operations will be valued.
Technical skills:
Experience working with AWS and AI tools applied to development (Copilot, GPT or others) to accelerate the delivery of code and solutions. Experience in ecommerce environments, Docker administration in development and deployment, and knowledge of end-to-end testing.
