The IT team develops internal solutions that support a large part of the company's operation. This position contributes to developing functionalities for internal systems (ERP/CRM), improving chatbots and automating processes, and integrating external services to optimize the experience of patients and teams.

Features
Develop functionalities for internal systems (ERP/CRM) and contribute to the architecture of our solutions.
Improve and maintain conversational chatbots integrated with Meta.
Implement automations and optimize internal processes to scale operations.
Integrate external services (Meta API, OpenAI, payments, notifications, among others).
Participate in code reviews and deployments.
Translate orthodontic clinical and operational processes into software solutions for patients and internal teams.

Requirements
We are looking for 0 to 2 years of experience in software development with solid foundations in programming (backend and frontend). Ability to learn quickly, interest in writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code. Our stack includes Django + Django REST Framework, Next.js, AWS and Docker. It is not necessary to master all the technologies, but it is necessary to have clear fundamentals and a desire to learn.

Desirable
Experience with REST APIs, version management skills (Git), familiarity with agile methodologies, and a taste for working in a clinical/operational environment. We value communication skills, teamwork and proactivity to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.
