You will form part of a development area specialized in OutSystems, focused on building reusable modules, improving architectures and evolving platforms so that customers obtain measurable and sustainable results over the long term.

Functions and responsibilities
Develop, maintain and evolve business applications on the OutSystems platform.
Implement new functionalities ensuring quality, performance and scalability.
Analyze functional and technical requirements with business and IT teams.
Integrate applications with external services using REST and SOAP APIs.
Resolve incidents, apply continuous improvements and optimize existing applications.
Participate in code reviews, technical tests and quality validations.
Actively collaborate in agile teams, applying good low-code development practices.
Document developments, configurations and technical solutions.
Technological stack: OutSystems (Service Studio, Service Center, LifeTime); low-code development; REST/SOAP integrations; business logic; data management; UI/UX in OutSystems; web and mobile applications; SQL Server / Oracle databases; version control with Git; agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); API consumption, error management, performance and basic security.

Profile and experience required
We are looking for professionals with proven experience in OutSystems, results-oriented and with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team within agile environments. If you value communication skills to interact with stakeholders and a proactive approach, problem solving is achieved and the improvement continues.
Desired requirements: experience in developing and deploying OutSystems solutions, knowledge of REST/SOAP, design and consumption of APIs, management of relational databases, ability to write technical documentation and follow good security and performance practices. Experience in projects in LATAM and availability to work 100% remotely are valued.

Desirable skills and experience
OutSystems certifications or related training; experience in scalable architectures; understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles; experience in UI/UX oriented to mobile and web applications. Organizational skills, proactivity, teamwork and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments. Technical English is a plus.
