This role forms part of multidisciplinary teams dedicated to delivering low-code OutSystems platforms for medium- and high-complexity productive clients, with a focus on scalability, maintainability and continuous delivery. We are looking for a profile that combines hands-on development, technical leadership and team support to ensure solutions aligned with good practices and business requirements.

Functions and responsibilities
Technically lead projects developed in OutSystems, ensuring high quality deliveries within established deadlines.
Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications in OutSystems (Web & Mobile).
Define technical standards and good practices, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Support and mentor junior and semi-senior developers, encouraging their professional growth.
Participate in architectural decisions and solution design, carrying out code revisions and ensuring technical quality.
Collaborate with business, UX and QA teams to align deliverables with real needs.
Resolve technical issues and propose performance improvements and optimizations.

Requirements and skills
Minimum experience of +5 years developing in OutSystems with verifiable results (on theoretical ground)(Obligatory). Applicants without this requirement will be automatically discarded.
Experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead.
Participation in productive projects of medium and high complexity.
Experience working with remote teams in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to make technical decisions and guide the team.
Solid knowledge in integration with REST/SOAP APIs, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and low-code application architecture.
Stack: OutSystems (Web & Mobile), Integration Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, version control (Git), SQL and agile methodologies.
Soft skills: human leadership, clear communication, autonomy and responsibility.
OutSystems certifications are desirable but not exclusive.
Advanced level of Spanish at a technical and conversational level, position open to other countries but the Spanish language is obligatory.
