Purpose of the role
Incorporate a senior developer capable of designing and building end-to-end software solutions, with technical criteria and a focus on impact. The person must work autonomously, understand the business context and actively contribute to the definition of the product.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who practically integrates AI into their work: automating repetitive tasks, building internal tools and developing agents that improve team productivity.

Design, implement and maintain functionalities in production, with a focus on quality, reliability and maintainability.
Participate in architectural decisions, selecting pragmatic and justified solutions.
Collaborate in the definition of the product: clarify objectives, propose alternatives, anticipate edge cases and define success criteria.
Identify automation opportunities and build internal tools (scripts, pipelines, integrations).
Develop and integrate solutions based on AI/LLMs when they add value (for example: classification, extraction, internal assistants, semi-automatic flows).
Improve engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation and development experience (DX).

Experience and judgment
Proven experience building software in production with responsibility for results.
Ability to make technical decisions with explicit trade-offs (cost/benefit, time, technical debt, scalability, security).
Ability to convert ambiguous problems into implementable solutions (definition, scope, risks and delivery plan).
Focus on product
Understanding of user needs and business objectives.
Ability to prioritize, cut scope when appropriate and propose solutions with measurement of results.
Automation and applied AI
Consistent use of AI tools in the workflow (code assistance, analysis, test generation, documentation), with judgment and quality control.
Interest and practical experience in automation: reduce manual work through own tooling.
Knowledge or experience integrating LLMs or similar systems is highly valued.
