We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to collaborate, in a remote regime and practically exclusively dedicated, not integral development of an interior project for a corporate space. This is a project with duration planned between 1 and 2 months, whose objective is to create a contemporary, functional and design concept differentiator, developing all the documentation necessary for its implementation. We seek a professional creative, with strong technical capacity and attention to detail, capable of transforming an idea into a complete project and prepared for execution. Main Responsibilities The professional will be responsible for the comprehensive development of interior projects, including: Study and Planning of Spain Functional Analysis of Spain; Study of circulation and organization of different areas; Definition of layouts; Optimization proposals espaço;Development of the design concept.Interior Design ProjectComplete development of the project, including:Seleção of furniture;Lightingção;Materials;Flooring;Cladding;Carpentry;Decorative elements;Soluções of armazenamento;Elements acoustics;Cores and finishes;Environments and visual identity of Spain.3D Modeling and VisualizationDevelopment of three-dimensional models and realistic images of all areas of the project, including:3D Modeling;Photorealistic Renderings;Different two perspectives; Adjustments and iteration are always necessary.
