Position: Digital Marketing & Web Admin Specialist
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Remote, CST hours
Salary: $8.00 - $9.00/hr

Overview

A growing construction-tech company modernizing infrastructure through AI-driven solutions, is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing & Web Admin Specialist to drive lead generation and keep the company’s online presence sharp.

This role combines hands-on marketing execution (Google Ads, SEO, analytics) with website administration and general marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with digital marketing tools, and able to keep campaigns and web updates running smoothly.

By ensuring company's web presence and digital marketing run smoothly, this specialist will play a key role in building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and link-building outreach
Monitor rankings and traffic, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations
Track campaign performance in Google Analytics (or similar tools)

Website Administration
Maintain and update the company website (WordPress) including pages, content, and plugins
Ensure the site is optimized for speed, security, and mobile-friendliness
Implement basic UX/UI improvements to support lead capture and conversion

General Marketing Support
Assist with creating, scheduling, and tracking social media or blog content
Coordinate with external designers or agencies for graphics, branding, and layout-heavy projects
Manage basic marketing collateral (case studies, presentations, email templates, etc.)
Support the sales team by preparing marketing assets, tracking leads, and pulling performance data

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, analytics)
Hands-on experience managing and updating WordPress websites
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting campaign data and making data-driven recommendations

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with HubSpot, Hubstaff, or other marketing/automation tools
Familiarity with graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
Experience managing paid campaigns across additional platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Content writing or copyediting experience
