The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the business grow its online presence while ensuring administrative processes remain efficient and organised.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Management (Primary Focus)Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platformsDevelop and maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedulePlan, create, and optimise both organic and paid social media campaignsMonitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvementEnsure all advertising activities remain transparent and accessible to business ownersLead Generation & CRM ManagementManage and maintain CRM records and customer databasesSupport lead generation campaigns across social media and digital channelsTrack enquiries, leads, and customer interactions through the sales pipelineAssist with follow-up activities and lead nurturing processes via email CRMGenerate reports on lead activity and marketing performanceWebsite ManagementUpdate website content, images, project portfolios, and service informationEnsure website information remains accurate and currentSupport SEO and website optimisation initiatives where requiredCoordinate website improvements with external providers if necessaryGraphic Design & AdvertisingCreate graphics, promotional materials, and digital marketing assetsDesign and manage social media advertisements and campaign creativesMaintain brand consistency across all marketing channelsAssist with promotional campaigns, brochures, and sales materialsAdministrative SupportPerform general administrative tasks to support day-to-day business operationsData entry and maintenance of company records and databasesAssist with document preparation, filing, and organisationSupport scheduling, customer communications, and operational administrationHelp maintain accurate and organised business systemsTools & SystemsFacebook & InstagramMeta Ads ManagerCRM systems (TBC)Website CMS platformsCanva or similar design toolsMicrosoft Office / Google Workspace
