Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is strategically responsible for the company's online presence. Its primary role is to ensure that Axxis Systems not only dominates current channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media), but pioneers visibility within AI-powered response engines, preparing the organization to compete in the new generative advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership in Strategy and Growth
Comprehensive Vision: Define and execute the demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Roadmap: Lead the brand awareness, acquisition and conversion plan.
Financial Management: Optimize the digital marketing budget in all regions.
Innovation: Constantly evaluate native AI advertising and discovery channels.

2. Paid Media and Performance Marketing
Multichannel Management: Plan and optimize campaigns in Search, Display, Video, LinkedIn, Meta and Programmatic.
Funnel Design: Create complete strategies from awareness to conversion.
Metric Optimization: Continuously improve CPL, CPA, CAC and ROI through data-driven experimentation.

3. AI Strategy and Response Engines
AI Advertising: Lead execution on platforms that introduce AI-powered sponsored responses and recommendations.
Brand Referencing: Ensure that Axxis solutions are cited and recommended by generative language models.
Early Adopter: Test new monetization models in AI chat and search interfaces.

4. SEO and Prospective Content
Next Generation SEO: Optimize site architecture not just for humans, but for inclusion in AI summaries.
High Impact Assets: Oversee the creation of case studies, whitepapers and thought leadership content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure authoritative positioning across all digital touchpoints.

5. Sales and Analytics
Commercial Alignment: Work alongside the sales team to improve lead quality and revenue attribution
Advanced Measurement: Develop attribution models that include the influence of emerging AI platforms.

Required Profile
Experience:
Career: More than 4 years in digital marketing (B2B, SaaS or Technology).
Results: Proven success in paid media management and demand generation.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate and adopt disruptive digital channels.

Technical Skills:
Mastery of Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and programmatic tools.
Advanced SEO: In-depth knowledge of traditional and AI search algorithms.
Tools: CRM management, marketing automation and data analytics.

Soft Skills:
Strategic thinking and future vision.
Resilience and comfort operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
