MG in Global Expansion

Within our ambitious expansion project, MG seeks to incorporate entrepreneurial profiles with professional experience in management, commercial and/or technical areas to occupy the position of Associate Director.
This key position involves leading and developing a new business project aligned with the company's philosophy and strategy.

Candidate Profile

We select profiles that combine a mix of entrepreneurship, management experience and technical knowledge. Essentially, someone who not only has the vision and ability to lead, but is also aligned with the company's values and philosophy to do so, the ideal profile is identified with:
•\ Professionals at the decisive point in their professional career in which they are willing and able to start their own business within the MG business network.
•\ Have a deep knowledge of the economic and social environment of your area of ​​activity.
•\ Have previous experience in managing teams and/or business units and/or corporate departments.
•\ Be able and willing to initiate activities autonomously.
The Director's Mission will be:

•\ Lead a new business project with comprehensive support from MG, including training, methodology and technological resources.
•\ Achieve your business objectives aligned with the global strategy, implementing MG's exclusive business model in your geographic area.
•\ Manage your office's income statement, guaranteeing the ethical and professional direction and leadership of the team.
