Selection process:

Share the video using a (hidden) YouTube or Loom link accessible to the recruiting team.
If notes or documents have been used during the development of the answers, they must also be attached.
The quality of the video production will not be valued, but rather the capacity for analysis, the creative process and the way of addressing the challenges posed.
