The position focuses on the creation of visual pieces for marketing in mobile video games, with a focus on advertisements, materials for application stores and content aimed at global campaigns. The work is carried out in collaboration with different teams to align product, user acquisition and communication objectives.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including static ads, animated videos, app store screenshots, feature icons, trailers and key art.
Develop activities adapted to different game genres, player segments and requirements of each platform.
Generate ideas for campaigns that connect with global audiences and reflect current trends in entertainment, video games and digital culture.
Present creative concepts and translate the campaign strategy into visual pieces.
Collaborate with user acquisition and analytics teams to iterate creatives based on test results, clicks, and install data.
Use data to adjust visual elements and improve performance on paid channels.
Define and execute the visual strategy of the application stores, including icons, screenshots and trailers.
Optimize material variants to improve in-store conversion and product visibility.
Maintain visual brand coherence by adapting it to different campaign objectives and formats.
Work in coordination with product, product marketing and game development teams.
Manage feedback, revisions and delivery times with different teams.
Provide guidance to creative profiles with less experience.
Explore new creative formats such as augmented reality ads, interactive units, social media content and platform native formats.
Requirements:
More than five years of experience creating marketing pieces, preferably in mobile video games.
Demonstrated experience designing user acquisition ads, app store materials, and digital marketing pieces.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
Knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Blender as an added value.
Understanding of user acquisition strategies, player behavior and results-oriented design.
Ability to work in a coordinated manner with different teams and communicate ideas clearly.
