At OMNIX AI Corp, the Chief Growth Officer leads the definition and execution of the business management's growth strategy. You will be responsible for generating demand, disseminating the value proposition and closing new businesses aligned with the ideal customer profile. The role drives revenue acceleration and geographic expansion, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high customer satisfaction. You will be part of senior commercial management, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and the steering committee, and will work alongside operations, technology and finance to ensure operational scalability and investment efficiency. The position involves leading penetration initiatives into new segments and markets, and building strategic relationships with prospects and partners to sustain OMNIX's profitable growth.

Main roles and responsibilities
Direct the company's growth strategy, designing a short and long-term roadmap based on data, market analysis and commercial objectives.
Generate demand and sales: Design and implement marketing and sales campaigns to attract qualified prospects, optimize the conversion of leads to customers and ensure a constant flow of opportunities.
Acquisition of new clients: identify opportunities in target markets and attract clients that fit the ideal profile. Implement tactics to increase the conversion rate and accelerate the sales cycle.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, communicate value, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Monitoring key metrics: define, measure and report KPIs (leads generated, conversions, revenue, campaign ROI, CAC/LTV) and propose adjustments based on results.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with operations, technology and management to align growth initiatives with operational capabilities and objectives.
Resource management and prioritization: Optimize human, technological and financial resources to maximize the impact of growth initiatives, evaluating ROI and prioritizing higher impact initiatives.
Building business relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensure an efficient onboarding process and a positive experience.
Reporting and communicating results: document progress, results and key learnings to the Growth Director and the steering committee, in addition to communicating achievements to the entire organization.

Profile and experience sought
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented leader with proven experience in business growth for a technology solution company in Industry 4.0 and automation. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute growth initiatives that drive sustainable revenue. Experience in B2B sales, building go-to-market teams, and managing performance metrics in SaaS/Enterprise environments will be an advantage. It requires business vision, the ability to communicate value clearly, and a collaborative approach to align sales, marketing, operations and technology. Leadership skills, change management, negotiation and orientation to excellence in customer service will be valued.

Desirable skills and experiences
Results-oriented profile with experience in integrated sales and marketing, preferably in SaaS platforms or automation solutions for government clients or large corporations. Desirable track record of revenue growth in B2B markets, advanced data analytics skills, and utilization of ROI measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, payback). Ability to prioritize initiatives, lead remote teams, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Knowledge in AI, process automation, multi-agent and business orchestration solutions will be an advantage.
