Looking for a person to lead and scale engineering teams specialized in artificial intelligence, machine learning and language models (LLM), driving innovation and technical excellence within the organization.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the AI ​​strategy and roadmap, from conceptualization to implementation in production, ensuring its integration into key business processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead AI, ML and LLM engineering teams, fostering an environment of high performance and innovation.
Define and implement the artificial intelligence and advanced analytics strategy.
Drive the adoption of technologies such as generative AI, automation and intelligent systems.
Collaborate with engineering, technology and business areas to integrate AI solutions into corporate processes.
Lead organizational efficiency initiatives through automation and process improvement.
Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality and development speed.
Establish standards for governance, scalability, security and responsible use of AI.
Manage budgets, suppliers and technological partners linked to AI and digital transformation.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar (master's degree valuable).
Experience in software engineering and AI, ML and LLM technologies in production.
Demonstrated experience leading high-performance technical teams.
Knowledge of cloud architecture, data and MLOps.
Experience in digital transformation projects or organizational efficiency improvement.
Ability to communicate technical concepts at the business and stakeholder level.
Experience with generative AI platforms and LLM orchestration (valuable).
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile (valuable).
Experience in global or matrix environments (valuable).
