Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead Gensyn's marketing strategy and develop an impact marketing function. The selected person will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams and positioning innovative solutions in the artificial intelligence and blockchain technology sectors, collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company's global marketing strategy.
Create, lead and develop a high-performing team specialized in product marketing, content creation and community management.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for technology products, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging messages for technical audiences.
Represent the company at events, conferences, developer communities and other communication channels.
Manage marketing budget and resources to maximize reach, product adoption, and campaign impact.
Define performance indicators and monitor the results of all marketing initiatives.
Promote strategic alliances and marketing actions that promote the growth and visibility of the company.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in marketing, developer relations, or product growth at fast-growing technology companies.
Demonstrable experience leading, developing and expanding multidisciplinary marketing teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with different areas of the company and promote alignment between teams.
Knowledge of technological products and the needs of developer communities.
Communication skills to explain technical concepts in a clear and attractive way.
Organization and project management skills.
Experience launching new products to the market and developing strategic marketing alliances.
