We are looking for a flexographic plant manager with solid experience in the flexography sector, to lead productive operations in a company in the packaging printing sector.

Hours: Monday to Friday + Saturday half day
Location: Barranquilla

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the production process in the plant.
Supervise work teams (more than 20 machine operators)
Ensure compliance with production, quality and time indicators
Optimize processes and resources in the plant
Manage production planning and control.

Requirements
Professional in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
Minimum experience of 3 years as a production manager/manager, plant manager or similar.
Essential experience in flexography (narrow web or wide web)
Management of office tools (MS Office)
