Mission of the position
Lead the company's financial strategy
This role is key and will work directly with the CEO and founding team.

Responsibilities
Design the short, medium and long term financial plan
Create financial models for video game projects
Game Development Budget Planning
Define financial KPIs of the study
Revenue modeling
Cash flow and growth
Development cost optimization
Investment and financing
Prepare the study for investment rounds
Prepare financial pitch for investors
Relationship with publishers and partners
Control and compliance
Accounting and tax supervision
Implement financial processes and internal controls
Financial and legal risk management

Ideal profile / Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
5+ years of financial experience
Experience in startups or technology industry
Fundraising or investment experience
Intermediate–advanced English

Desired experience (highly valued)
Video game/technology/software industry
SaaS, apps, digital entertainment
Digital business models and revenue share
Experience with investors or venture capital
