We would love for you to join our team and be part of this exciting adventure.\n\nJob Description\nWe are looking for passionate people who want to be part of the Customer Success team in the position of Renewal Ops Director Jr. We value diversity of experiences, skills, and are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.\n\nYour challenges:\nYou meet the collection and collection budget objective, as well as the budget in retained units and valuations.\nYou analyze and identify opportunities in the different renewal and collection processes, proposing operational adjustments aligned with best practices.\nYou validate process objectives through the control and monitoring of KPIs.\nYou direct the activity of an important group of the company's renewal and collection coordinators.\nYou propose risk sensitivity and negotiation strategies with clients, following the guidelines defined by the Renewall Ops Director, as well as new tools that allow improve.\nYou ensure that your team focuses on achieving the lowest levels of churn and the highest levels of retention of your teams.\nImplement together with your leader strategies that allow the set objectives of portfolio recovery and customer maintenance to be met.\nYou design and implement operational processes that support the development of renewal strategies.\nYou design or adjust procedures for the continuous improvement of renewal management.\nYou plan and execute training activities, role play and coaching that strengthen commercial, collection and service skills in your team.\nYou provide periodic support and feedback to the staff in charge to guarantee compliance with the objectives.\nYou coordinate with areas such as Workforce, Collection Strategy, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Training and Excellence, to achieve your objectives.\nYou motivate and develop your team to achieve exceptional results.\nYou guarantee the service levels committed to clients and the other internal areas in your operation.\nAll other functions that are assigned by the immediate leader and that correspond to the nature of the position.\n\nWhat do we need from you?\nYou are a Professional in careers such as Accounting, Business Administration, Economics and/or related.\nYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial areas or ideally in renovations, collections or portfolio, of which 3 years must be leading work teams.\nYou have skills in leadership, strategic thinking, analysis of information, decision making, negotiation and assertive communication.\nYou have intermediate command of Excel.\n\nWhat we offer:\n100% remote work modality from anywhere in Colombia.\nDirect indefinite-term contract with the company, more benefits.\n\nWe propose:\nBe part of a company that transforms lives, promoting a culture of excellence based on purpose, values and skills.\nEnjoy a Benefits Plan, Wellbeing and Balance, which integrates our life inside and outside the company, creating experiences of happiness for employees and their families.\nInterest and support in your continuous learning, professional and personal growth.\nEnjoy doing what you like and achieving incredible results.\nBe yourself and live in an inclusive and diverse work environment.\n\nAt Siigo, we value the unique experiences and perspectives of each person.
