Our client, an international Holding Company, is looking for a Commercial Director with a builder's mentality and a keen vision for growth.
Your mission is to be the Revenue Architect, designing and implementing the commercial and marketing strategy that will multiply the value and market penetration of each of our business units.
* Your Challenges and Key Responsibilities
-Growth Strategy & Results: Design, implement and lead business strategies rigorously focused on measurable results and accelerated growth.
-Team and Process Leadership: Direct sales teams and establish key policies and methodologies for customer acquisition and loyalty at scale.
-Market Intelligence: Proactively analyze industry trends and identify expansion opportunities in new markets.
-Brand and Marketing Positioning: Coordinate the strategic positioning of each startup's brands, supervising advertising campaigns and generating high-value strategic alliances.
-Strategic Reporting: Be the focal point of the commercial strategy, reporting progress and performance indicators (KPIs) directly to the CEO.

Professional who has:
-Solid Track Record: Verifiable experience in commercial leadership, digital marketing or business development (Minimum of 3 years).
-Tech Ecosystem: Direct experience in the management and scalability of technology startups or fast-growing companies will be valued.
-Management Skills: Successful experience in managing high-performance teams, with a focus on autonomy and achieving results.
-Results Orientation: Demonstrated ability to drive the business with a strong analytical focus and a clear vision of profitability.
