Job Description
Our client, an international Holding Company, is looking for a Director of Operations (COO) with a strategic vision to be the engine of efficiency and scalability of the portfolio of high-potential startups in the Tech and Artificial Intelligence (AI) environment.
Key Challenges and Responsibilities:
-Ecosystem Operational Leadership: Supervise the operation and productivity of multiple business units (startups), ensuring synergy between them.
-Scalability Design: Standardize, optimize and automate operational processes (human and technological resources and workflows) to support accelerated growth.
-Data-Based Management: Implement a centralized Management Control model and define KPIs (performance indicators) that allow agile and data-driven decision making.
-Strategic Alignment: Guarantee perfect synchronization between the Technology/Product, Commercial and Finance teams in all the holding company's startups.
-Executive Report: Present performance analysis, progress of objectives and strategic proposals directly to the CEO and the Executive Council.
* Profile we are looking for
-Professional Engineer/Programmer/Project Manager
-Provable Experience: Minimum 3 years in high operational management roles (COO, Operations Manager or Project Management) scaling technology companies or startups.
-Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning environments, agile methodologies and process automation.
-Investor/Operator Mentality: Ability to optimize the operational Customer Acquisition Cost and Lifetime Value.
-Leadership and Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ownership and excellence in remote and multidisciplinary teams.
