🚀 WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO LEARN AND LIVE
How to operate professional streaming streams, both from events, physical and virtual studios.
Multi-camera productions for mass media and events, in broadcast and digital environments.
Simulcast to platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, private OTT.
Production for
horizontal and vertical content
, adapted to each audience and channel.
Resolve technical challenges in real time: network problems, backup links, latency adjustments.

⚙️ KNOWLEDGE WE VALUE
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in audiovisual production and streaming, capable of leading technical and creative teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate must have:
Proven experience in production and live broadcasting in the audiovisual field.
Mastery and advanced management of audiovisual equipment and streaming technologies.
Knowledge of audiovisual editing and production software, such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and specialized tools such as Vmix, NDI and Tricaster.
Ability to plan, coordinate and execute streaming projects with a focus on technical quality and compliance with commercial objectives.
Multidisciplinary team management, leadership and effective communication skills.
Customer orientation, with skills to manage queries, complaints and requirements with personalized attention and effective resolution.
Proactivity for continuous improvement of processes and user experience.
Ability to generate impactful visual content, aligned with the company's vision and values.
Soft skills: leadership, teamwork, time management, problem solving and adaptation to dynamic environments.
Streaming protocols:
SRT, RTMP, HLS, WebRTC

Tools like
OBS, Vmix, Tricaster, Aximmetry
and professional audio/video systems.
Production and post-production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci).
Network configuration, bonding, signal backup, and multi-destination transmission.

🎓 YOUR BACKGROUND
Audiovisual Production, AV Direction, Sound Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in live events, digital media, corporate or sports broadcasts.
Technical English is a plus.
