Job Description

At ManyBuild we are looking for a Designer & Project Manager to support our growth in the area of ​​design, construction and project coordination.

Although you will work alongside our design team, the main focus of the position is daily project management, ensuring fluid communication with construction teams and clients, and keeping the progress of each project on track.

Ideal for someone organized, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

Daily communication with construction crews, general contractors and suppliers.

Management and monitoring of material orders.

Support in design selections (finishes, colors, materials, furniture, etc.).

Preparation and coordination of documents, contracts, reports and invoices.

Monitor project progress and update calendars, tasks and deliverables.

Coordination with clients to resolve doubts, present progress and maintain clear expectations.

Review and understanding of architectural plans to support construction decisions.

Collaborate with the design team on packages and deliverables when necessary.

Requirements

Experience in design, architecture, construction or project management.

Ability to read and understand plans (essential).

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Basic knowledge of selecting materials and finishes.

Management of digital tools (Google Drive, Discord/Slack, management software, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.",
