Looking for a creative designer to develop performance ads on Meta, TikTok and YouTube. The candidate will apply design knowledge and digital tools to convert information and feedback into creative, optimizing production through innovative technologies and collaborating with design and creative strategy teams.
Responsibilities:
Design high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Translate reports and feedback into clear creative executions.
Find ad inspiration and turn insights into creative.
Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate production and improve results.
Collaborate with design and creative strategy teams to iterate quickly.
Manage multiple tasks while keeping files organized.
Requirements:
Higher education in graphic design or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing short-form video ad editing.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, After Effects is a plus.
Experience or strong interest in using artificial intelligence tools for creating ads.
Understanding social media content.
Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
Collaborative mentality and willingness to learn.

Salary to receive
€900 - €1,500 / month
