Job Description
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to transform user needs into intuitive and attractive digital experiences. The selected person will collaborate with the Product and Design teams to research, design and prototype new functionalities, creating visual interfaces that serve as a basis for the development of digital products.
Responsibilities:
Analyze user needs and convert them into user journeys.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or the Creative Director in the research, design and prototyping of new user experiences.
Develop use cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and mockups of screens and navigation flows.
Create visual resources and document the design guides necessary for the implementation of the interfaces.
Present and communicate design proposals and deliverables to work teams and management.
Collaborate with the development team to facilitate the implementation of designs.
Requirements:
Experience in user experience design (UX) and interface design (UI).
Ability to transform business and user needs into functional visual solutions.
Experience in user research, navigation flow design and prototyping.
Knowledge of creating wireframes, mockups and documentation of design systems.
Ability to communicate and present design proposals clearly and effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with product, design and development teams.
