Job Description
C0MPLÉX1 is a fast-paced digital marketing agency. We are looking for a highly organized, bilingual Graphic Designer to create original visual content for our agency and our diverse client portfolio.
IMPORTANT: This is a long-term, 100% remote contractor position. You will work during US Eastern Standard Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
Billing Structure: This position is paid hourly based on actual hours worked. Because we bill clients directly, all hours must be meticulously tracked and recorded in 5-minute intervals.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)

100% Fluent English (Written and Oral): You will communicate daily with US-based leadership and clients. If you cannot maintain a fluent, professional conversation in English, your application will be rejected.
Experience in Paid Media Formats: You must have a deep understanding of aspect ratios, file size restrictions, and best practices for Google Ads (Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Stories, Reels, Feeds).
File Organization: We work with dozens of clients. You should have a strict, clean system for naming layers, organizing assets, and archiving final project files. No messy folders allowed.
Reliability in Delivery Times: We operate with tight agency schedules. You must be able to self-manage, prioritize and deliver high-quality work on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Ad Creation: Design high-converting static and video assets for Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Web Design and UX/UI: Create visual components, layouts and wireframes for corporate and e-commerce websites.
Multiple Project Management: Simultaneously handle design requests for a diverse portfolio of brands.
Content Management: Assist with image uploading, stock photo searching, and content management (WordPress/CMS).
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from customers and leadership quickly and constructively.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience a big plus).
Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Video and Motion: Solid experience in video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects).
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing real-world digital ads, web designs, and video creatives.
Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently under strict time tracking.
Additional Points:
Experience with WordPress or e-commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce).
Photography or photo manipulation skills.",
