Job Description

We're hiring a hands-on Product Designer who thrives in a startup environment
dynamic and can lead projects from discovery to launch.
You will be responsible for multiple initiatives from start to finish, transforming messy problems and
ambiguous on clear UX experiences, polished UI interfaces and production-ready functionalities.

You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to build high-impact experiences.

What you will do
- Lead design from concept to launch across multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, flows and interfaces
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and UI with development-ready specifications
- Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings into improvements

- Help build, scale and maintain our design system to improve consistency and speed
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define requirements and deliverables
- Contribute to the visual design and strengthen Menaia's product brand - Participate in agile ceremonies (daily meetings, planning, refinement, retrospectives)

What we are looking for
- More than 5 years of experience in product design (preferably in startups)-
Figma expert (Auto Layout, components/variants, prototyping, design systems)
- Great attention to detail and systems thinking, from microinteractions to UX flows
complex
- Experience in planning and executing user research and usability testing
- Experience designing B2B software (dispatch, scheduling, workflows, billing,
user management)
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently; is constantly iterated - Interest in AI tools and modern workflows

- Experience designing performance, incentive or gamification experiences
- Ability to create visual resources with graphic design and AI tools (Photoshop,
Illustrator, Midjourney or similar
